In our researches, on the basis of chemical and pharmacological studies, processing principle of the rhizome of Cibotium barometz was discussed. After it was processed, the content of effective constituents increased and the irritant constituents decreased.
本实验通过化学研究和药理学研究，探讨了狗脊炮制的原理，狗脊炮制后有效成分含量增加，刺激性成分含量降低，故狗脊炮制可起到减毒增效的双重作用。
There are three main points as follows: first, Cibotium barometz demand highly on habitat, its population generally grow in environmental of acidic soil, rich content, high density canopy, and the northwest and northeast slope to the edge of the gutter.
分析其濒危原因主要有三点：第一，金毛狗对生境有很高的要求，其居群一般生长在土壤为酸性、含水量丰富、郁闭度较高，并处于西北和东北坡向的水沟边。
